+ Why do this?
I am interested in the creative process. I wanted to bring what normally goes on in the background to the foreground, and to bring what oridinarly occurs in the early morning into the night.

+ What is the process like?
I spent more than 14 hours photographing the Crisan kithcen. Intead of using an intervalomter to automate the process, I took each photo by hand. This is not so different that what goes on in Crisan Bakery- There are NO shortcuts
